How do I book a walk?
You can book by contacting us via phone, email, or social media. We’ll arrange a meet-and-greet before the first walk.

What areas do you cover?
Poynton and surrounding areas.

How many dogs do you walk at one time?
Group walks are limited to four dogs at a time for safety and enjoyment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

What happens in an emergency?
We’ll contact your nominated emergency contact immediately. I’m trained in canine first aid, but if your pet needs urgent care, we’ll take them to your nominated vet or the nearest available one.

Are you insured?
Absolutely! We’re fully insured, and I'm trained in canine first aid for added peace of mind.

Do you walk dogs off-lead?
Only with prior written consent from you and in safe areas.

What happens if the weather is bad/too hot?
We’re happy to walk in all weathers but always prioritise safety. In extreme weather, walks may be shortened, or we may need to provide alternative indoor activities. We’ll always let you know in advance.
